Clearview Parkway Stage 0

Burk-Kleinpeter, Inc. was retained, along with a group of subconsultants, to complete a Stage 0 Feasibility Study and Environmental Inventory for improvements to the Clearview Parkway corridor between S. I-10 Service Road and E. Corporate Avenue.  This study followed the guidelines provided by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and resulted in a recommendation for several potential improvements to the corridor which have been recommended for inclusion in a Stage 1 review.  The study followed the guidelines of the Stage 0 Feasibility Checklist provided by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.  These guidelines required that BKI document potential impacts on the natural and manmade environment identified through field review and database research.  Costs for each alternative, along with conceptual cross sections were developed with the subconsultant team and a project advisory committee, with suggestions and comments presented in a summary document.  One public information meeting for this project was organized and conducted by BKI.
