Phenix City Work Order Management Implementation
Phenix City needed a work order management system linked to the GIS which would allow the City to develop an electronic history of customer service issues, service calls, and work orders that could be tracked within geographical regions or in association with specific assets.This would provide the City with additional tools for determining problem areas within the infrastructure and making management decisions in planning capital improvement projects. BKI assisted the City in acquiring, installing, and implementing the work order management software. BKI also assisted the City in setting up the system parameters in the work order management software.
