Parcel Sales History Tool

For years the St. Clair County Revenue department has manually documented sales information for parcels on paper tax maps.  In some cases it took weeks just to update information from old tattered maps to new updated tax maps.  Along with developing processes that now allow the County to generate these sales maps automatically, BKI developed a tool that allows a user to click on a parcel in the mapping system and retrieve the complete sales history for the selected parcel including the date of sale and the purchase price for each transaction ever recorded.
