National Baptist Convention of America Site Assessment

BKI was retained by the National Baptist Convention of America to perform a Phase I environmental assessment for parcel of property in East New Orleans. The total area of the property was approximately 20 acres. The environmental assessment was performed according to American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard 1527-05. The tasks for this project included, but were not limited to, the following: gathering and review of data for the property and the surrounding properties; review of historic information sources of the property and surrounding areas; a site reconnaissance of the property and its surroundings; and interviews with the present owner and local officials.
