BKI offers an array of environmental investigation services ranging from site assessments to underground storage tank removal and remediation. We execute Phase I environmental assessments in accordance with ASTM standard 1527-08, and our Phase II environmental assessments include soil and groundwater analysis with a recommendation of whether additional analysis or corrective action will be required. Our corrective action plans, whether for Phase III or a UST corrective action, are coordinated with governing state agencies.
