We assist clients with obtaining the required environmental permits for their projects and facilities and assist those clients with meeting the permit requirements and special permit conditions. Also, BKI performs environmental regulatory compliance audits and inspections to identify potential liabilities and to present proactive solutions to limit or eliminate those liabilities. We have experienced environmental scientists and engineers who have experience in representing clients before regulatory agencies and presenting client projects to private and public organizations.
