Jefferson County Sewer Evaluation

BKI was selected to act as

program managers for the Jefferson County Sewer Capital Improvement Program, which was developed in response to eliminate all overflows and bypasses in the Jefferson County sewer system and is worth $2.4 billion in construction costs. The program includes line and manhole rehabilitation, construction of replacement and transfer sewers, rehabilitation and construction of pump stations, tunnels up to 120" diameter, and major upgrades at the County's nine wastewater treatment plants. BKI has ultimate responsibility to assure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
