Arabi Terminal Dock No. 1 Bulk Storage and Transfer Facility Pahse 1

BKI was selected by the St. Bernard Port, Harbor & Terminal District to prepared contract documents which included the preliminary and final plans for a 200' x 220' x 45' building. The building design included 20' high concrete walls all around with a pre-engineered building supported on these walls. The concrete slab, grade beams and 18" x 120' square precast concrete pilings were desinged to carry 2,000 psf live load. BKI also performed all civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work related to the facility.
